The A.C. Reynolds Rockets (Asheville, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), 56-47 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Rockets (22-7) will now prepare for their test against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 26-2 record. In their last test, North Mecklenburg notched a victory over Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC), 54-50, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 21-7 record.
