In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Ariton Purple Cats baseball team scored a nice 14-0 victory over the Goshen Eagles.

The Purple Cats (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Northside Methodist Academy (Dothan, AL). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Northside Methodist Academy was overwhelmed by Wicksburg (Newton, AL), 10-2, in a non-league game.
