Indiana High School Basketball - Chesterton thwarts Culver Academies
February 23, 2024: Culver, IN 46511 The Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN) basketball knocked off the host Culver Academies Eagles (Culver, IN), 47-31 in Friday's non-league test.
The Trojans (15-9) will now prepare for their test against Portage (Portage, IN). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 15-8 record. In their last test, Portage notched a victory over Hammond Morton (Hammond, IN), 80-63, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 9-14 record. They play next when they travel to Glenn for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27. Culver Academies will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 53-46 non-league loss to Goshen (Goshen, IN). The Falcons record now stands at 10-13.
