February 23, 2024: Kyle, SD 57752 The Little Wound Mustangs basketball team (Kyle, SD), dropped 51-40 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD)
The Buffalos now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crow Creek for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 27. Stanley County will battle a Chieftains team coming off a 69-51 non-league loss to Winner (Winner, SD). The Chieftains record now stands at 8-12.
The Mustangs (7-13) will now prepare for their battle against Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD). The Tatanka come into the non-league battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Lakota Tech dropped by White River (White River, SD), 61-58, in a non-league battle.
