The Poly Parrots topped the visiting Sylmar Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Parrots now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arleta for a test on Thursday, March 7. Poly will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lake Balboa College Prep (Lake Balboa, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.

The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA). The Chancellors enter the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Chatsworth gained a win over Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA), 1-0, in a non-league test.
