California High School Softball - Esperanza bounces Santiago
February 23, 2024: Corona, CA 92881 The Esperanza Aztecs routed the host Santiago Sharks softball squad by a final score of 7-0 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Aztecs (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Kennedy (La Palma, CA). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Kennedy was routed by Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA), 6-2, in a non-league battle.
The Sharks now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Temescal Canyon for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 24. Santiago will meet a Titans squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Great Oak (Temecula, CA). The Titans record now stands at 4-2.
