The Warriors now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Bend Austin for a 6A Region III District 20 outing on Thursday, February 24.
Next, the Rams face the Morton Ranch Mavericks (Katy, TX) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, February 24. Waltrip will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Mavericks enter the outing with a 1-0 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX).
