In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting A.C. Flora Falcons basketball team scored a tight 49-47 triumph over the South Pointe Stallions.

In their next game, the Falcons meet the Irmo Yellowjackets (Columbia, SC) in a AAAA Region 4 match, on Tuesday, March 1. A.C. Flora will attempt to move on its 23-6 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a 25-4 record after their 51-37 non-league win over Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC).
