Minnesota High School Basketball - Big Lake trounces Spectrum
February 24, 2023: Elk River, MN 55330 The Big Lake Hornets (Big Lake, MN) basketball crushed the host Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN), 98-74 in Friday's non-league test.
The Hornets (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Monticello (Monticello, MN). The Magic go into the AAA Section 5 test with a 1-23 record. In their last test, Monticello was trounced by Alexandria (Alexandria, MN), 75-60, in a non-league outing.
The Sting now hold a 16-7 record. They play next when they host Rush City for a AA Section 6 outing on Friday, March 3.
