February 24, 2023: Newtown, PA 18940 The George School Cougars routed the visiting Phelps Lions basketball team by a final score of 80-56 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Perkiomen School Panthers (Pennsburg, PA) in a non-league game, on Sunday, February 26. George School will attempt to move on its 24-6 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 10-8 record after their 49-42 non-league win over Hill School (Pottstown, PA).
With the defeat, Phelps moves to 9-9 on the year.
