In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Lytle Pirates basketball team scored a decisive 69-48 triumph over the Rio Hondo Bobcats.

In their next game, the Pirates meet the Columbus Cardinals (Columbus, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 25. Lytle will attempt to better on its 28-10 season record.
