Texas High School Soccer - Seguin overwhelmed by Midlothian
February 24, 2023: Midlothian, TX 76065 The crowd at Friday's league test between the Midlothian Panthers (Midlothian, TX) and the visiting Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX), saw Midlothian's soccer squad triumph over Seguin by a margin of 10-0.
The Panthers now sport a 15-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cleburne for a 5A Region 1 District 8 test on Tuesday, February 28. Midlothian will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Joshua (Joshua, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Seguin drops to 0-14 on the season. The Cougars host Burleson (Burleson, TX) to meet the Elks in a 5A Region 1 District 8 test on Tuesday, February 28. The Elks come into the test with a record of 3-11. Burleson won 1-0 in their recent league test against Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX)
