February 24, 2024: Lake Charles, LA 70607 Kaplan Pirates (Kaplan, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Lake Charles College Prep Trailblazers (Lake Charles, LA), 14-8 in a non-league test.
With the win, Kaplan upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Pirates travel to Brusly (Brusly, LA) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 5-0. Brusly won 14-10 in their recent non-league test against Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA)
With the defeat, Lake Charles College Prep falls to 0-5 on the season. The Trailblazers travel to Sacred Heart (Ville Platte, LA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, February 24. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 3-0. Sacred Heart won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Notre Dame (Crowley, LA)
