The Cook County Vikings basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Blackduck Drakes to 62 in the Vikings non-league victory on Saturday.

The Vikings now sport a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bigfork for a A Section 7 contest on Monday, February 26. Cook County will battle a Huskies team coming off a 84-20 non-league loss to Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 4-19.

The Drakes (3-20) will now prepare for their contest against Cass Lake-Bena (Cass Lake, MN). The Panthers come into the A Section 8 contest with a 20-8 record. In their last contest, Cass Lake-Bena prevailed over Laporte (Laporte, MN), 124-59, in a non-league contest.
