In Saturday's non-league outing, the Seward Seahawks (Seward, AK) basketball squad beat the visiting Redington Huskies (Wasilla, AK), by a count of 62-45.

The Seahawks (16-5) will now prepare for their outing against Grace Christian (Anchorage, AK). The Grizzlies go into the 3A Peninsula outing with a 16-4 record. In their last outing, Grace Christian defeated Homer (Homer, AK), 71-34, in a league outing.
