Louisiana High School Softball - Haynes Academy gets by Riverdale
February 24, 2024: Jefferson, LA 70121 The Haynes Academy got by the host Riverdale Rebels softball squad by a count of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Fontainebleau (Mandeville, LA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Fontainebleau was edged by French Settlement (French Settlement, LA), 17-2, in a non-league battle.
The Rebels now sport a 5-1 record. They play next when they host John Ehret for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 27. Riverdale will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-2.
