Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Pecos Eagles (Pecos, TX), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Rebels now own a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host River Road for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 27. Tascosa will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 9-4 non-league loss to Argyle (Argyle, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Pecos moves to 4-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Alpine (Alpine, TX) to meet the Bucks in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 5. The Bucks go into the battle with a record of 4-9.
