The Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) baseball trounced the host Jones Trojans (Trenton, NC), 26-4 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Stallions now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dixon for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. Southwest Onslow will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Jones drops to 0-1 on the year. The Trojans host Kinston (Kinston, NC) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 25. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
