In Monday's non-league test, the South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) lacrosse team edged the visiting May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC), by a count of 12-11.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 3. South Effingham will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
