Georgia High School Soccer - Savannah Country Day toppled by Islands
February 24, 2025: Savannah, GA 31410 Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Savannah Country Day Hornets (Savannah, GA), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Islands moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Sharks host Statesboro (Statesboro, GA) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 26. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Hornets now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Benedictine for a non-league test on Monday, March 3.
