Colony Knights (Palmer, AK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lathrop Malemutes (Fairbanks, AK), 79-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Colony upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Friday, February 26. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 15-1. Monroe Catholic won 81-43 in their recent non-league bout against North Pole (North Pole, AK)

Next up, the Malemutes play the Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 26. Lathrop will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Moose go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 62-41 non-league loss to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK).
