The South Mecklenburg Sabres lacrosse squad (Charlotte, NC), was overwhelmed 16-3 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC)

Coming up next, the Mustangs meet the Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 27. Myers Park will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 15-4 non-league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC).

The Sabres now sport a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Providence for a Conference 18 challenge on Tuesday, March 2. South Mecklenburg will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-2.
