The Taft Raiders baseball team (San Antonio, TX), 4-1 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Leander Lions (Leander, TX)

The Lions now hold a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 2. Leander will confront a Trojans team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 2-2.

Next, the Raiders confront the Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 29 outing, on Tuesday, February 28. Taft will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Bears go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Pieper (San Antonio, TX).
