In Saturday's non-league contest, the Bishop Badgers (Bishop, TX) softball team overwhelmed the host Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX), by a margin of 12-0.

With the triumph, Bishop moves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Badgers travel to Temple (Temple, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 25. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 0-5. Temple lost 4-0 in their recent non-league contest against Socorro (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Friars play the Kaufman Lions (Kaufman, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 3. Bishop Lynch will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record.
