Texas High School Softball - Seguin bounces Carrizo Springs
February 25, 2023: Carrizo Springs, TX 78834 The Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX) softball routed the host Carrizo Springs Wildcats (Carrizo Springs, TX), 11-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Matadors (7-2) will now prepare for their bout against Boerne (Boerne, TX). The Greyhounds go into the non-league bout with a 8-5 record. In their last bout, Boerne was routed by Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX), 4-3, in a non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Uvalde for a 4A Region IV District 29 bout on Tuesday, February 28. Carrizo Springs will confront a Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) squad coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Devine (Devine, TX). The Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) record now stands at 8-5.
