Texas High School Softball - Magnolia holds off Kingwood Park
February 25, 2023: Kingwood, TX 77339 Magnolia Bulldogs (Magnolia, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Kingwood Park Panthers (Kingwood, TX), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cy-Fair for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 25. Magnolia will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Montgomery (Montgomery, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Kingwood Park falls to 11-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Atascocita (Humble, TX) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 25. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 5-0. Atascocita won 13-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Magnolia (Magnolia, TX)
