The R.J. Reynolds Demons baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Bethany Community Wolves to 7 in the Demons non-league win on Tuesday.

The Demons now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to T.W. Andrews for a non-league test on Thursday, February 27. R.J. Reynolds will play a Red Raiders team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Bethany Community drops to 0-1 on the year. The Wolves host Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC) to play the Bengals in a non-league test on Thursday, February 27. The Bengals go into the test with a record of 1-0. Greensboro Day School won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Concord Academy (Concord, NC)
