New York High School Basketball - Hammondsport triumphant over Marion
February 25, 2025: Hammondsport, NY 14840 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hammondsport Lakers (Hammondsport, NY) and the visiting Marion Black Knights (Marion, NY), observed Hammondsport's basketball team overwhelm Marion by a score of 73-28.
The Lakers (5-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Jasper-Troupsburg (Jasper, NY). The Wildcats come into the Section 5 Steuben - II challenge with a 10-10 record. In their last challenge, Jasper-Troupsburg was routed by Canisteo-Greenwood (Canisteo, NY), 68-37, in a non-league challenge.
