Mississippi High School Softball - Picayune sneaks past Bay
February 25, 2025: Bay St. Louis, MS 39520 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Picayune Maroon Tide softball team scored a tight 10-9 win over the Bay Tigers.
The Maroon Tide (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Purvis (Purvis, MS). The Tornadoes come into the non-league match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Purvis nipped Stone (Wiggins, MS), 10-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the West Harrison Hurricanes (Gulfport, MS) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 27. Bay will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Hurricanes come into the match with a 1-7 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to St. Martin (Ocean Springs, MS).
