Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA), 5-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Liberty advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA) to battle the Dons in a non-league match on Friday, February 27. The Dons go into the test with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Granada drops to 0-1 on the season. The Matadors travel to Berkeley (Berkeley, CA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Saturday, February 28. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 1-0. Berkeley 6-6 in their recent non-league test against Heritage (Brentwood, CA)
