Muenster Hornets (Muenster, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host McLeod Longhorns (McLeod, TX), 45-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Muenster upgrades its record to 28-3 on the season. The Hornets travel to Celeste (Celeste, TX) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 1. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 23-7. Celeste won 72-59 in their recent non-league bout against Clarksville (Clarksville, TX)
