Georgia High School Soccer - Savannah Christian knocks off New Hampstead
February 26, 2024: Savannah, GA 31408 Savannah Christian Raiders (Savannah, GA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting New Hampstead Phoenix (Savannah, GA), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Raiders confront the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 1. Savannah Christian will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Sharks enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to River Ridge (Woodstock, GA).
With the loss, New Hampstead drops to 0-4 on the season. The Phoenix travel to Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA) to meet the Yellow Jackets in a 4A Area 3 test on Thursday, February 29. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 0-3. Southeast Bulloch lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Wayne County (Jesup, GA)
