February 26, 2025: Shreveport, LA 71129 The Evangel Christian Academy Eagles baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Byrd Yellow Jackets to 3 in the Eagles non-league win on Wednesday.
The Eagles now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Haughton for a non-league test on Monday, March 3.
With the defeat, Byrd drops to 0-1 on the year. The Yellow jackets host Airline (Bossier City, LA) to play the Vikings in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 5. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 1-0. Airline won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Parkway (Bossier City, LA)
