The Glass Hilltoppers basketball squad (Lynchburg, VA), was crushed 71-47 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Salem Spartans (Salem, VA)

With the victory, Salem advances its record to 24-2 on the year. The Spartans host Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA) to meet the Black Knights in a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. The Black Knights enter the battle with a record of 23-2. Charlottesville won 56-40 in their recent non-league battle against Handley (Winchester, VA)
