Liberty Magnet Patriots (Baton Rouge, LA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA), 19-4 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Liberty Magnet advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Port Allen (Port Allen, LA) to clash with the Pelicans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 28. The Pelicans go into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Port Allen won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA)

With the defeat, Peabody falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Warhorses travel to Elizabeth (Elizabeth, LA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 3.
