The Fort Meade Miners overwhelmed the visiting Frostproof Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Miners meet the Lake Region Thunder (Eagle Lake, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 3. Fort Meade will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record.

The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Haines City (Haines City, FL). The Hornets go into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Haines City was routed by Poinciana (Kissimmee, FL), 13-2, in a non-league outing.
