South Carolina High School Lacrosse - Lexington overwhelms May River
February 27, 2021: Lexington, SC 29072 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC) and the visiting May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC), saw Lexington's lacrosse team achieve victory over May River by a margin of 12-7.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Flora (Columbia, SC). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Flora held off Blythewood (Blythewood, SC), 8-2, in a non-league battle.
In their next game, the Sharks clash with the Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 4. May River will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA).
