The Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) baseball trounced the visiting Independence Patriots (Glendale, AZ), 27-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Knights encounter the Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 28. Higley will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Firebirds come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 11-2 non-league loss to Canyon View (Waddell, AZ).
