Michigan High School Basketball - Frankfort thwarts St. Francis
February 27, 2024: Frankfort, MI 49635 The Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting St. Francis Gladiators (Traverse City, MI), 44-32 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Panthers (16-5) will now prepare for their test against Leland (Leland, MI). The Comets go into the Northwest test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Leland went down by St. Mary (Lake Leelanau, MI), 58-27, in a non-league test.
The Gladiators now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they travel to Tournament Team for a non-league test on Monday, March 4. St. Francis will encounter a squad coming off a 63-31 non-league loss to Winston-Salem Christian National (Winston-Salem, NC). The record now stands at 10-20.
