California High School Lacrosse - Acalanes drops to Monte Vista
February 27, 2024: Danville, CA 94526 Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA), 15-3 in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Campolindo for a non-league test on Friday, March 1. Monte Vista will face a Cougars squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Davis Sr. (Davis, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Dons face the California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 1. Acalanes will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Grizzlies come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA).
