North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Butler drops to Sun Valley

Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC), 16-2 in a non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln Charter for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 28. Sun Valley will face a Eagles squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 5. Butler will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
