Texas High School Softball - Arlington holds off Fossil Ridge
February 27, 2024: Keller, TX 76248 Arlington Colts (Arlington, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Fossil Ridge Panthers (Keller, TX), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Colts now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poteet for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. Arlington will face a Pirates squad coming off a 16-0 non-league loss to Princeton (Princeton, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Fossil Ridge falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Richland (North Richland Hills, TX) to face the Royals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. The Royals enter the challenge with a record of 5-1.
