Mississippi High School Baseball - Tri-County Academy wallops Indianola Academy
February 27, 2025: Indianola, MS 38751 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Tri-County Academy Rebels (Flora, MS) and the host Indianola Academy Colonels (Indianola, MS), saw Tri-County Academy's baseball team gain a win over Indianola Academy by a tally of 12-2.
The Rebels (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Parklane Academy (McComb, MS). The Pioneers go into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Parklane Academy was overwhelmed by Amite School Center (Liberty, MS), 8-4, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Indianola Academy drops to 1-3 on the year. The Colonels travel to Manchester Academy (Yazoo City, MS) to clash with the Mavericks in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. The Mavericks go into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Manchester Academy won 8-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Benton Academy (Benton, MS)
