Mississippi High School Basketball - West Jones holds off Olive Branch
February 27, 2025: Laurel, MS 39443 The West Jones Mustangs basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Olive Branch Conquistadors to 50 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now have a 27-4 record. They play next when they travel to Callaway for a non-league game on Saturday, March 1. West Jones will confront a Chargers team coming off a 40-37 non-league win over Terry (Terry, MS). The Chargers record now stands at 29-3.
With the loss, Olive Branch falls to 23-9 on the campaign.
