February 27, 2025: Southern Pines, NC 28387 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) and the visiting Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC), witnessed Pinecrest's lacrosse squad gain a win over Broughton by a score of 7-5.
The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Golden Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Capitals meet the St. Mary's Saints (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, March 9. Broughton will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
