Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) and the host Marietta Blue Devils (Marietta, GA), witnessed Mount Paran Christian's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Marietta by a count of 9-5.

The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Eagles enter the 1A Area 1 contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, North Cobb Christian was overwhelmed by Allatoona (Acworth, GA), 21-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the North Cobb Warriors (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 3. Marietta will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Walker (Marietta, GA).
