February 27, 2025: Florence, AL 35634 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Haleyville Lions (Haleyville, AL) and the host Wilson Warriors (Florence, AL), saw Haleyville's soccer squad triumph over Wilson by a score of 9-0.
The Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Danville (Danville, AL). The Hawks enter the non-league battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Danville was overwhelmed by Austin (Decatur, AL), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Warriors confront the West Limestone Wildcats (Lester, AL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 28. Wilson will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Danville (Danville, AL).
