Texas High School Softball - Petrolia bounces Bowie
February 27, 2025: Petrolia, TX 76377 In Thursday's non-league match, the host Petrolia Pirates softball team scored a tight 8-4 win over the Bowie Jackrabbits.
The Pirates (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Tascosa (Amarillo, TX). The Rebels come into the non-league match with a 8-11 record. In their last match, Tascosa was routed by Caprock (Amarillo, TX), 11-1, in a league match.
In their next game, the Jackrabbits battle the Southwest Christian School Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 27. Bowie will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 5-1 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Fort Worth Country Day (Fort Worth, TX).
