In Friday's non-league game, the host Casteel Colts softball squad scored a close 4-2 triumph over the Eastlake Falcons.

With the triumph, Casteel upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Colts travel to Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ) to play the Wolverines in a non-league game on Monday, March 2. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 1-2. Tolleson lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV)

The Falcons now own a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Sabino for a non-league game on Friday, February 27. Eastlake will play a Sabercats squad coming off a 15-1 non-league loss to Willcox (Willcox, AZ). The Sabercats record now stands at 0-1.
