The East Lincoln Mustangs routed the visiting Freedom Patriots basketball team by a final score of 56-35 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 4. East Lincoln will attempt to move on its 31-0 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 29-0 record after their 64-27 non-league win over Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC).

With the defeat, Freedom moves to 15-13 on the year.
